Participants must be 18 years of age or older, or accompanied by a guardian.

Once payment has been received you will receive an email with your date and time and also the address details for your reading. Parking is available onsite.
All readings are reconfirmed by a reminder email or SMS text to you 24 hours before your session.
Timeliness is essential for your reading. A 10-minute grace period is factored in to accommodate potential delays, but failure to arrive within this time will be considered a no-show. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge as long as you do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled time. If you miss your appointment after making a payment, the payment will be non-refundable unless a new date is agreed upon at least 48 hours in advance.
